A mobile cleanroom mobile HMI a battery-powered mobile computer station, purposefully designed to protect against environmental contamination in cleanroom environments and support compliance with the cleanroom requirements of ISO 14644:2015 and the GMP.
ISO 14644 and GMP are operating standards used to ensure that cleanroom environments meet specific cleanliness and operational requirements based on their intended use.
In ISO 14644, cleanrooms are classified into 9 classes based on the maximum allowable size and quantity of particles in the air. In the GMP, cleanrooms are classified into Grades A, B, C, and D based on air particle concentration and microbial contamination levels.
The GMP standard is often applied to biopharma, life sciences, and medical device manufacturing clean rooms where microbial contamination can affect patient safety, while ISO 14644 may be used to standardize clean room environments for electronic component, aerospace, and semiconductor manufacturing where maintaining extremely low particle concentrations is desirable.
