Cleanroom PowerStation Core
Built on DTG’s proven mobile workstation footprint, the Core brings computing to ISO Class 7 to 9 areas so operators can record data, print labels, scan and reach MES, EBR and QMS systems. It's designed for one or two monitors, a label printer and a barcode scanner and costs less than a 316L stainless cart for the areas that don’t need one.
Right-sized for ISO 7 to 9: A steel chassis with an HDPE worksurface and tech tray gives these areas what they need without paying for stainless.
30–40 minutes recovered per operator, per shift: Operators document, label and verify at the task instead of walking back to a fixed terminal.
No lock-in, no rework: The Core works with any hardware. Mount the PC, thin client, all-in-one or tablet your IT team already supports, and change it whenever your standard changes.
