Cleanroom PowerStation Flex
The Cleanroom PowerStation Flex brings computing to the point of task in a slimmer cart. It's our premier solution for the strictest GMP environments. Operators record their work where it happens, which saves 30–40 minutes per operator per shift. Hot-swappable DTG lithium iron phosphate batteries keep the cart running 8–12 hours.
Configure it your way
The Flex comes standard with one large monitor enclosure and a mount for a second small monitor or tablet. If you need two full size monitors, the same column carries those too. One Flex can do three jobs: MES terminal, KVM switch for control system backup, and spare PC or tablet for non-GMP work.
No lock-in, no rework
The Flex works with any hardware. Mount the PC, thin client, all-in-one or tablet your IT team already supports, and swap it out when your standard changes. A universal VESA mount means no proprietary brackets. Because you can reuse your existing IT equipment, your budget goes to the cart and battery rather than new computers.
Designed to clean easily
The body is welded 316L stainless steel with flat panels, broken edges and cables routed inside the column. It takes up less than 24" x 24" of floor space and leaves fewer places for particles to collect. The stainless worksurface is flat, with no lip or seam. The casters have 316L stainless housings and anti-microbial rubber treads.
